Goals
As part of the major renovation and elevation of an old building, Groupe Posse provided a complete range of finishing services, accompanying the transformation of the building into 2 apartments and 1 duplex. The work included the installation of interior partitions and thermal and acoustic lining, ensuring comfort and energy efficiency. Our teams also carried out all the paint finishes, in line with the architectural requirements of the project, as well as a special stain applied to the raw concrete, enhancing the mineral surfaces while providing lasting protection. A demanding job in a renovation context, carried out with precision to combine existing character with contemporary requirements.
