Foundation
Foundation of Posse Peinture SA by Mr. Daniel Posse and Mr. Jean-Pierre Posse in Renens The company is active in the plastering and painting sectors.
Opening of a new branch
Opening of a branch office in the Vaud Riviera.
Large Sites Department
Creation of a department dedicated to new building sites.
Arrival of Mr. Urs Widmer
Integration of Mr. Urs Widmer, an employee since 1987, into the shares capital.
Facade Department
Development of a department dedicated to facades.
Arrival of Mr. Patrick Pulver
The founders transfer the majority of the share capital to Mr. Patrick Pulver to ensure the succession and sustainability of the company.
Acquisition of Pelichet-Talichet
Pelichet-Talichet was founded in 1945 in Nyon and becomes Pelichet-Posse SA. It will be the Group’s subsidiary for the La Côte region.
Posse Riviera SA & Posse Isolation SA
Foundation of Posse Riviera SA in Vevey, which acquires the activities the local branch of Posse Peinture SA. Creation of Posse Isolation SA in Renens which acquires the activities of the Facade department of Posse Peinture SA.
Posse Management SA
Foundation of POSSE Management SA, which manages the Group’s cross-functional activities (i.e. accounting, purchasing, logistics and marketing).
EcoEnterprise Certification
The POSSE Group obtains the EcoEnterprise Certification, becoming the first plastering, painting and insulation company to be labelled eco-responsible.
Acquisition of Ed.PELLISSIER
Founded in 1977, Ed. PELLISSIER in Villars becomes Pellissier Posse; the new branch of the Group in the Chablais region.
Label and ISO certifications
The POSSE Group obtains the label “Entreprise Citoyenne” and ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications, thus responding to a guarantee of quality in the areas of governance, human rights, working conditions, the environment, fair practices, respect for customers and civic commitment.
